Where can I view, edit and create User Permission Groups?


1. Click Account in the EMP Toolbar and select EMP Settings.

2. On the EMP Settings Page, select Permission Groups from the navigation menu on the left.


3. To view or edit an existing Permission Group, click the Edit (pencil) icon onto the right of the name and description of the group.


4. To create a new Permission Group, click the blue New Permission Group button on the top right and name and edit accordingly.


How do I assign a Permission Group to a specific User?

  • Click Account in the EMP Toolbar to access the Account Dropdown Menu.
  • In the Account Drop down Menu, select EMP Settings.
  • On the EMP Settings Page, select Users from the navigation menu on the left.
  • Click the Edit User (pencil) icon on to the right of the User name.
  • In the pop-up menu that appears, you can assign the User Permission Group from the drop down panel.
