The total number of groups created by your team can reach unwieldy numbers fairly quickly, and as such, can eventually become cumbersome to navigate. Two easy ways of making the search for previously created groups more convenient are Filtering by User and Filtering by Label.

How to Filter by Users

To view only the groups created by a certain user:

1. Select Groups from the Students dropdown menu in the EMP Toolbar.

Select groups.png

2. On the Group List page, note the Filtering box at the top of the page. By default showing, this feature has a Filter by Creator set to Created by, encompassing all users on your account and Spectrum employees.

3. From the Filter by Creator dropdown menu, locate and select the user whose groups you would like to isolate.

4. Click on the user name

5. The groups displaying will now solely be those created by your designated user. To toggle back to the complete list, simply set Created by in the Filter by Creator field.

How to Filter by Labels
To view only the groups possessing a certain label:

1. Select Groups from the Students dropdown menu in the EMP Toolbar.
